Can I try on the clothes before buying them?
Yes!
You can come to one of our regular fitting appointments in Hanover or bring Machose directly to your home with a "Me-Time" appointment.
When and where do the fitting appointments take place?
The fitting appointments take place twice a month at Meraki Creative Soul in Hanover, once on the weekend and once after work from 6 p.m. during the week.
Can I also arrange a private fitting appointment at home?
Yes, alternatively you can book a "Me-Time" appointment in the online shop.
Then Machose comes to your home with all the clothes you want.

How long does it take to deliver the products?
Delivery for standard items usually takes 3-5 working days.
Only for slow fashion products that are produced especially for you, delivery can take up to 3 months.

All Machose labels produce sustainably and use either organically produced and biodegradable materials or recycled materials.
Are the products manufactured in an environmentally friendly way?
Yes, all our products are manufactured under strict environmental regulations to ensure that they are environmentally friendly.
We also ensure fair working conditions in our production facilities.
Is there a take-back program for old clothes?
Yes, items of clothing that are no longer loved can be returned to Machose, where they are added back into the cycle as used items.
